Daily Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for agents, answering their questions and resolving issues both in person and through digital channels.
You will be conducting one-on-one and group training to help agents use the latest Compass technology tools and marketing platforms efficiently.
Responsibilities also include creating attractive marketing collateral, managing onboarding strategies, and working closely with cross-functional teams.
Your day may include supporting new office launches and mentoring newer coordinators, providing guidance and taking the lead on escalated concerns.
Every day, you support initiatives that help agents grow their business and enhance office culture and engagement.
